Policies, Terms and Conditions:

How secure are my payments?
This store uses direct credit card processing, PayPal or Google Checkout for payments. All of the systems automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover all through direct credit card processing, PayPal or Google Checkout.

Do I need a PayPal or Google Checkout account to pay?
No, you do not. You can pay through your already established PayPal account if you'd like, otherwise you can just use a credit card through PayPal as guest, Google Checkout, or the secure onsite credit card processing.

World-wide Delivery
International shipping is a $12 flat rate. So order one shirt, or 10 shirts and you only pay $12 so order away! Get something for everyone!

US shipping starts at $4.50 for the first item, or $7 for your total order. Your item is shipped using USPS Priority or 1st class mail. To keep shipping rates low a tracking number is not immediately available.

The T-shirt Exchange ships to all countries using the US Postal Service. Shipping times vary by country and mainly depend on the receiving country's customs process. We find that packages to Canada take about 5 days,
Western Europe- 10-14 days, Australia- 14 days, Eastern Europe and Asia 14 days. These are estimated times based on previous shipments.

Free Shipping Rules - Occasional Promotion that is Not Always Available
Free standard US shipping is sometimes available as a promotional offer.

When applicable, free shipping will automatically be applied to your order. Not valid for international shipping.


Undelivered Packages
In shipping hundreds of packages per month there's a slight chance that your package might get lost in the mail. If your package hasn't arrived with 14 days domestic or 35 days for international order just contact us and we will work with you to get it resolved.

For packages that do not have a shipping or international customs number the process is simple:
1) We will ask you to check you local post office for held mail.
2) If your package is not being held at your local post office, and your package still hasn't arrived at your specified address after 30 days, then your transaction will be canceled.

For packages with shipping tracking numbers or an international customs number the process is even simpler:
1) If your domestic package is listed as delivered then the sale is final.
2) For international packages, your customs number will be provided, if it has left the US, then you will have to talk with your local postal authorities to find your package. If your package has not left the US, we will try to find information on the hold up.


Returns
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.

Fulfillment mistakes
(we sent you the wrong items) that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

For general returns that are not fulfillment errors or defective products, the return shipping is paid for by the purchaser.

When making a return please get delivery confirmation service, just to be sure that the package arrives. The T-shirt Exchange is not responsible for returns that are not delivered to our offices.

Returns are simple and easy!
1) Email Jack at jack@thetshirtexchange.com with the reason for your return- wrong size, wrong color, wrong product, quality issue, didn't like, or whatever the reason. We just like to keep track of why items come back. It helps us offer only the best service and fastest refunds. It also helps us choose only the best t-shirt designs.

2) Mail your item to:

We HIGHLY suggest that you get a tracking number or delivery confirmation just to be sure that package arrives.

3) When your package arrives we will inspect it to make sure it is in clean and new condition and if everything is in order your refund will be processed the same day.

Exchanges are easy too!
Exchanges are for the same product only.
All exchange items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.

You can exchange for a different size of the same product. If your preferred size is not available, we can let you know when it will be available or you can return it for a full refund to the original purchaser.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Shipping for the new item is free.

If you want a different color, or a totally different product, then your original sale will be refunded to the original purchaser, and you will need to order the new item that you would like.

Credit Cards  by

Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks  by 
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Multiple Product Orders  by 
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM  , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Shipping Policy  by 
Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 5:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 5:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Sample Store or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
