Returns We will gladly accept the return of
products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or
workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.
Fulfillment mistakes
(we sent you the wrong items) that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will
also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
For
general returns that are not fulfillment errors or defective products, the return shipping is paid for by the purchaser.
Returns are simple and easy! 1) Email Jack at jack@thetshirtexchange.com with the reason for your return- wrong size, wrong color, wrong product, quality issue, didn't like, or whatever the reason. We just like to keep track of why items come back. It helps us offer only the best service and fastest refunds. It also helps us choose only the best t-shirt designs.
2) Mail your item to: The T-shirt Exchange 823 N 2nd Street Suite 811 Milwaukee WI 53203
Get a tracking number or delivery confirmation just to be sure that package arrives. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure the package arrives back to us.
3) When your package arrives we will inspect it to make sure it is in clean and new condition and if everything is in order your refund will be processed the same day.
Exchanges are easy too! Exchanges are for the same product only. All exchange items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.You can exchange for a different size of the same product. If your preferred size is not available, we can let you know when it will be available or you can return it for a full refund to the original purchaser.
If you want a different color, or a totally different product, then your original sale will be refunded to the original purchaser, and you will need to order the new item that you would like.
